Requires Expansion Pack: Yes Artist: John Sykes Comments: AN offspring of the Tubes R US preset, the "U R Sykes" will get you that Sykes Whitesnake sound you've been wanting for great harmonics and shredding and still have the guts for meaty chords. I was really surprised at how the right mic/cab/OD made a lot of the sound and I just used a SL100 Clean with the preamp cranked, max'd out the speaker breakup, and EQ'd it to work just right. This is the first version, I think we can get the chorus and delay more like the album than this but it works great. |
