It isn't a copy of the tones on the original recording, but it sounds great none-the-less. I normally play this song with a Gretsch Duo Jet in the bridge position. -Use your expression pedal to control the amount of delay mix. -There is a Dyn/Compressor set up post amp to be used as a neutral solo boost. Requires Expansion Pack: Yes Artist: VaiSatchAtrucci Comments: This is my current favorite preset! It combines 2 of VSA's presets and a little bit that I made myself. The base of the song is the Amp, EQ and tubescreamer of the WhiteLionHungry preset which sounds absolutely amazing as it is ... I then added the chorus from the Edgerucci preset which gives some smoothness. I modified the reverb and then added a cool pong delay. Add the reverb and you have the lead tone of Loudness - Crazy Doctor. Add the chorus and up the delay mix a bit and you have a really smooth lead tone. For those crazy guys out there who like to have a boost: engage the fx loop (connect the sends and returns of the fxloop for this). Gear used: my Schecter C1 Blackjack with Seymour blackouts. |
