Requires Expansion Pack: Yes Artist: Andy Timmons Comments: Dialed this up with my old pickups, accidentally kicked it on and it was supposed to work with the PDI-09 Mellow setting, but I didn't feel like reaching over and changing it so turned off the FX Loop and used the 4x12 C30 w/Ribbon 121 mic on axis and this turned out to be a really cool preset. Has that Rock Concert Delay (don't use it live though just for fun), makes for a great live sounding solo with chords ringing out and lots of sustain and harmonics, neck pickup sounds cool too. Great for old Night Ranger (live sound) and Danger Danger, 80s guitar hero stuff. Can almost do Vai with it (maybe with the Evolution pickup it will). Have fun! Tested with: Duncan Distortion Bridge JB (Neck pos but bridge model also) VERY NICE PRESET! GET IT NOW! SERIOUSLY! |

Requires Expansion Pack: Yes Artist: Andy Timmons Comments: This is the preset that Ross (Singtall) tweaked to make harmonics come out better and reduce noise. I had a thread about this but this NEEDs to be archived. So many amp models work when you scroll through them, I told Ross we created a Tone Machine, you can get tons of tones just from switching amps and effects without wasting any time tweaking the settings. I dialed up AC/DC, Eric Johnson, Van Halen, Michael Lee Firkins, and a lot of stuff on the fly only changing my guitar volume. |
