Requires Expansion Pack: Yes Artist: Phil Collen (Def Leppard) Comments: This has a modern dual rectifier type sound, but the artist that is most well known for the PGA sound is Phil and you can get ball park Def Leppard sounds with this if you roll off your guitar volume. The point of this is to be able to switch to whichever amp you like and utilize the EQ on some of the noisier amps. And to get that Palmer sound like Satch and Phil use on albums. This curve is based on the PGA-05, the PDI-03 is actually what is more widely used since it doubles as a load box. I think you can just move the EQs over a bit higher for a more PDI-03 sound. |
